2. Website hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. In connection with providing and securing the website, technical access data may be processed, including the IP address and technical information relating to the website request.

STRATO states that visitor IP addresses are stored in log files for the detection and defence of attacks for a maximum of seven days. The processing necessary to provide and secure the website is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, reliable and technically functional operation of this website. STRATO processes hosting data on our behalf as a service provider and processor where applicable.

3. Contact form and email enquiries

If you contact us through the contact form, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry. The contact form requests your email address and message. Providing your name is optional.

The current website implementation sends submitted contact enquiries by email to contact@kynfimah.com. The contact form itself does not store submitted messages in the WordPress database.

If your enquiry concerns a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other general enquiries, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding to communications addressed to us.

Contact correspondence is retained only for as long as necessary to process and conclude the enquiry, unless longer retention is required by law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

4. Cookies, analytics and tracking

The current public website is not configured to use analytics, advertising or marketing tracking technologies. No third-party analytics service is currently integrated. No consent-requiring analytics or marketing cookies are currently configured.

Technically necessary cookies may be used by WordPress or the hosting environment where required for a specific technical function. 5. Fonts and external resources

The Montserrat font used by this website is hosted locally within the KYNFIMAH website theme. The website does not load Google Fonts from Google servers.

Data is otherwise disclosed only where this is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, where required by law, or where another legal basis permits the disclosure.
